Les Flaneurs

Saturday was another beautiful day to explore Paris. We crossed over the Seine River to see the Louvre. Although we would have liked to see the art there, because we're travelling with a 10-month old baby, we decided not to go in (apparently art museums are not very exciting for a bebe.) It was amazing even just to see it from the outside though.

From there, we strolled through the Jardin des Tuileries. There were many food stands as well as a carnival there. We stopped for crepes. We tried one with egg one and one with Nutella. Yum!
From there, we wandered further and found ourselves on the Champs-Elysees. We had some iced coffee and did some shopping. Then we ended up at the Arc de Triomphe. We walked over 280 steps to the top. I had read that the walk could be grueling and I was carrying Oliver that day (we've been taking turns), but it was not bad at all. The views of Paris were amazing! Another magical day in Paris!
