On Tuesday we went into Edinburgh for the day. We had lunch at Urban Angel and then took the bus to the Royal Botanic Gardens with my fellow faculty member Chris. The weather was wonderful and many people out enjoying the day. There were lots of beautiful flowers, trees, and lawns. The grass in Scotland is so green and lush! Oli has enjoyed crawling on many of the lawns here.

We headed to the Leith Walk along the canal after getting some coffee. This path may have at one time been very pretty, but was under construction and a bit gritty. We had a good time nonetheless.
